  • 4+ years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Privileged Access Management and cybersecurity best practices
  • Comfortable interfacing with complex, multi-divisional clients
  • Ability to understand high-level technical aspects and provide solutions
  • Salesforce and Customer Success Management platforms experience
