- CRM and communication skills in B2B SaaS
- Proficient in French (spoken and written)
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS CS or AM
- Understanding of customer lifecycle and onboarding
- Familiar with analytics platforms, IoT or retail tech (preferred)
