  • Own end-to-end customer onboarding, product training, and store-level troubleshooting
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries: product issues, setup, support, billing
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor and manage customer health across Empowerment components
  • Drive product adoption by communicating new features and updates
  • Follow up on health metric changes, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions

  • CRM and communication skills in B2B SaaS
  • Proficient in French (spoken and written)
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS CS or AM
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle and onboarding
  • Familiar with analytics platforms, IoT or retail tech (preferred)
