  • Collaborate with Sales to grow accounts and act as trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with Consulting, Support, and Engineering on product issues

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to drive retention and expansion
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders including C-levels
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder engagements across global orgs
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Ability and willingness to use Camunda product
