  • Manage and grow your book of business across DV360, TikTok, YouTube and Meta
  • Build trust-based relationships with day-to-day and senior client stakeholders
  • Guide Smartly adoption to improve client stickiness and performance
  • Drive strategic alignment by translating goals into platform outcomes and success plans
  • Drive operational rhythms kickoffs check-ins and QBRs and escalation paths
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Creative Services, and Marketing to solve customer challenges

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing (paid social/Google), ideally SaaS/MarTech/AdTech in a customer-facing role
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
  • Deep understanding of paid social, Google, and digital advertising ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Comfortable addressing technical challenges and partnering with technical teams
  • Strong communication skills; explain complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Able to work in a hybrid capacity from our NYC office 3 days a week
