  • Understand billing CMS, health care and motor vehicle insurance rules.
  • Experience with onboarding, training and software adoption.
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer integrations.
  • Strong track record of managing via metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across internal and external teams.
