  • BNPL domain expertise: high-velocity repayments and merchant-of-record.
  • Product Fluency: ledgering, virtual cards, and ACH.
  • Executive Presence: experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Operational Rigor: manage a complex book across time zones.
  • Ability to navigate data and people to find answers.
