  • Be the Account Expert for strategic Financial Services clients.
  • Lead tech dialogues (APIs, LLMs, integrations) with clients.
  • Lead virtual/in-person executive workshops and Lunch & Learns.
  • Design onboarding journeys and trial success plans.
  • Partner with Sales/AM to drive renewals and expansion ROI.
  • Use data + human signals to anticipate client needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in CS, AM, or client-facing SaaS (FinServ a plus).
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive outcomes.
  • Data-driven with strong org and time management.
  • Proactive, curious, consultative, collaborative in fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Available to be in NYC office 1x per week.
