🎯 Requirements

  • 3 years in customer success or similar in SaaS.
  • Proven track record managing enterprise accounts; driving adoption.
  • 5 years in account mgmt or services at a SaaS company.
  • Proven C-level relationship building.
  • Experience presenting to senior executives.
