  • Primary contact for enterprise agency customers; retain and grow book.
  • Meet customers virtually or in-person to provide product expertise.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or sales in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with agency customers or similar client types.
  • Proven experience owning revenue targets (retention/expansion).
  • Manage complex renewal cycles and drive expansion in enterprise accounts.
  • Leverage data (usage/adoption/engagement) to inform strategy.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast revenue; strong executive presence.
