🎯 Requirements
- Significant senior CSM experience, Enterprise or Strategic segments.
- Proven track record of owning numbers and driving expansion in high-value accounts.
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong technical curiosity; understand Salesforce, DevOps, and Gearset.
- Exceptional communication: discovery, demos, storytelling, exec presentations.
- Highly organised, proactive, and autonomous in a high-expectation environment.
