📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of high-profile customers (~40 accounts).
  • Senior, quota-carrying role accountable for growth, retention, and value.
  • Act as quarterback, coordinating Account Managers, DevOps Architects, and product teams.
  • Own customer strategy, success plan, and growth metrics; align with Exec AMs.
  • Understand customer goals and DevOps maturity to identify adoption opportunities.
  • Identify risk early; create mitigation plans and protect Gearset’s GRR.

🎯 Requirements

  • Significant senior CSM experience, Enterprise or Strategic segments.
  • Proven track record of owning numbers and driving expansion in high-value accounts.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong technical curiosity; understand Salesforce, DevOps, and Gearset.
  • Exceptional communication: discovery, demos, storytelling, exec presentations.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and autonomous in a high-expectation environment.
