  • Own account outcomes across adoption, renewal, expansion; drive retention.
  • Act as trusted advisor to restaurant executives; drive ROI across Restaurant365.
  • Translate capabilities into restaurant narratives aligned to KPIs like prime cost, food cost, labor.
  • Lead renewal/expansion with 6–12 month roadmaps and executive reviews.
  • Use data dashboards to monitor usage, adoption, and financial outcomes; prioritize actions.
  • Collaborate with Product and CS leadership to gather feedback and influence roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS CS or Account Mgmt; multi-stakeholder env.
  • Experience with multi-location/franchise restaurant groups preferred.
  • Restaurant365 experience preferred.
  • Hands-on CS/GTM tools: Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Freshdesk, Monday.com, Domo.
  • Comfort using data and dashboards to drive decisions and conversations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; bias for action; cross-functional.
