- Experience with multi-location/franchise restaurant groups preferred.
- Restaurant365 experience preferred.
- Hands-on CS/GTM tools: Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Freshdesk, Monday.com, Domo.
- Comfort using data and dashboards to drive decisions and conversations.
- Strong written and verbal communication; bias for action; cross-functional.
