📋 Description

  • Understand a customer’s business objectives and DigiCert’s impact.
  • Understand how customers use DigiCert’s security solutions and propose features.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Sales, Support and Product.
  • Present customer reviews to executive owners and technical contacts.
  • Monitor renewals and expirations to avoid service disruption.
  • Communicate upcoming changes that may impact services.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in customer success/relationship/account mgmt (Digital Security/SaaS)
  • Experience in Sales Engineering or other customer-facing roles (desired)
  • Project management with PMP/CAPM or cert (desired)
  • Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Digital Security industry certification (advantageous)
  • CRM tools experience (MS Office, Salesforce)
