🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in customer success/relationship/account mgmt (Digital Security/SaaS)
- Experience in Sales Engineering or other customer-facing roles (desired)
- Project management with PMP/CAPM or cert (desired)
- Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Digital Security industry certification (advantageous)
- CRM tools experience (MS Office, Salesforce)
