- Bachelor degree required; Masterβs is a plus
- 5+ years in post-sales enterprise SaaS, ideally in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of networking, application and network security
- Strong relationship-building with high-value enterprise customers
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
