  • Manage post-contract lifecycle and communicate relevant features to support business needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams to solve problems.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong English communication (verbal and written)
  • Bachelor degree required; Master’s is a plus
  • 5+ years in post-sales enterprise SaaS, ideally in Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of networking, application and network security
  • Strong relationship-building with high-value enterprise customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
