🎯 Requirements

  • 2–6 years in CS or AM in B2B SaaS with retention targets
  • Comfortable running onboarding workshops and trainings
  • Strong commercial instinct for growth and renewals
  • Analytical, data driven prioritization of your portfolio
  • Self directed, excited to build a new NA market
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or French a plus
