  • Serve as a key advisor to a broad range of customers using 1:1 and 1:many approaches.
  • Leverage email campaigns, calls, and a shared inbox to address needs and goals.
  • Help customers become self-sufficient advocates for long-term value realization.
  • Use the CS platform to track health indicators and drive outcomes.
  • Advise on SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, USDP, and Trust Reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive adoption, engagement, and retention across startups.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • 1-3 years of GRC, compliance and/or cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Experience running a large book of business at scale.
  • Collaborative, with ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with bias for action; able to iterate.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
