π― Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
- 1-3 years of GRC, compliance and/or cybersecurity knowledge.
- Experience running a large book of business at scale.
- Collaborative, with ability to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Self-motivated with bias for action; able to iterate.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
