  • Increase adoption and consumption of Bynder solutions and integrations.
  • Own strategic success plan and execute account/success plans.
  • Manage renewal cycle end-to-end, including strategy and procurement.
  • Collaborate on account strategy for retention and growth with partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success or account management
  • 2+ years in enterprise SaaS (DAM/Martech) with CMS/PIM/eCommerce
  • Strong business acumen and value-based negotiations
  • Proven ability to manage a large book of business with Director/VP/C-level relationships
  • Excellent communication and storytelling for executive engagement
  • Experience end-to-end renewal cycles and expansion pipeline
