π― Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success or account management
- 2+ years in enterprise SaaS (DAM/Martech) with CMS/PIM/eCommerce
- Strong business acumen and value-based negotiations
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business with Director/VP/C-level relationships
- Excellent communication and storytelling for executive engagement
- Experience end-to-end renewal cycles and expansion pipeline
