📋 Description

• Become product expert; assist lawyers with questions and adoption.
• Proactively reach out to customers; be point of contact for research, trainings, onboarding.
• Review activity and usage to assess health and identify opportunities.
• Meet weekly with attorney success team to boost adoption.
• Create engaging content (links, screenshots, short tutorials) to tell product stories.
• Maintain deep knowledge of accounts, needs, usage, and renewal dates.
• Maintain growth mindset and appreciation for our law firm clients.
• Be a brand steward; collaborate across depts to improve from feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Law/paralegal/legal tech pros with eagerness to help via demos/training.
• Enjoy working with lawyers and large law firms daily.
• Willing to learn and become expert at Trellis product.
• Comfortable meeting via Zoom for trainings and onboarding.
• Use legal background to help attorneys and law firms.
• Energetic problem-solver who loves to improve.
• Ensure clients have an amazing product experience.
• Highly organized; can multitask and manage many relationships.
• Humble; continuously learn and adapt.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn new tools.
