🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS in Customer Success or similar
  • Startup experience, preferably PLG
  • Proven ability to manage high-touch and scaled programs
  • Data-driven, comfortable with APIs and SSO concepts
  • Active AI user who can train customers and translate best practices
  • SQL knowledge or data analysis background (nice to have)
