  • College/University degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with renewals
  • Excellent English and French or Italian
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding goals
  • Strategic thinker; drive renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Knowledge of Contentful APIs and data tools
