🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing CS/renewals/KAM role.
  • Experience with Contentful APIs and modern content stack.
  • Strong technical aptitude; explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strategic thinker; independently drive renewals and expansion.
  • College degree highly preferred.
