- Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management or XLG role
- Able to manage multiple accounts and keep customers progressing
- Build credible, trusted relationships with customers quickly
- Highly organized with a track record of following through
- SaaS exposure is beneficial but not required
- Commercially aware with understanding of value-to-outcome link
