- Proven track record managing 50+ accounts with planning and prioritization
- Experience driving MRR/ARR growth via renewals, upsells, or cross-sells
- Experience in leading pricing, discounting and upselling conversations
- Customer-driven personality with empathy and strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
