🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 1-2 years in customer service or sales support.
  • Start-up & Fintech experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing client communications and escalations.
  • Strong English and Chinese verbal/written communication.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite is a plus.
