  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers and maximize value of Mistralโ€™s AI.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and align to objectives.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement to drive usage.
  • Monitor health metrics, identify risks, and prevent churn.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to gather feedback and influence roadmap.

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM/AM/Solutions) in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships with adoption and retention.
  • Experience with technical products; engage with Data, IT, and Engineering.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
  • Business acumen: identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Technical aptitude: familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
