  • Independently lead customer engagements as primary contact from go-live onward.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise software.
  • Solid understanding of CRM, MA, BI/Analytics, and AI.
  • Ability to manage multi-layered relationships across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and value realization from complex software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English.

🎁 Benefits
