- Experience with agency customers or similar client types.
- Proven track record owning a revenue target (retention/expansion).
- Experience managing complex renewal cycles and driving expansion.
- Ability to leverage data (usage, adoption, engagement) to inform strategy.
- Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting revenue.
