- 3+ years in Customer Success/Account Management in B2B SaaS.
- Customer-facing role experience in audit/risk/compliance preferred.
- 1+ years with AuditBoard or similar GRC platform.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building; able to influence at all levels.
- Ability to interface with C-level executives to drive ROI.
- Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar tools.
