  • Account Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders and align plans.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and usage guidance.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues with cross-team support.

  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Account Management in B2B SaaS.
  • Customer-facing role experience in audit/risk/compliance preferred.
  • 1+ years with AuditBoard or similar GRC platform.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building; able to influence at all levels.
  • Ability to interface with C-level executives to drive ROI.
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar tools.
