  • At least 3 years as Account Manager or CSM in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record managing 50+ accounts
  • Experience with the North America region
  • Experience driving MRR/ARR growth via renewals, upsells, or cross-sells
  • Experience leading commercial conversations (pricing, discounts, upselling)
