📋 Description

  • Support 4–6 global CRO customers post-implementation with Veeva apps (eTMF/CTMS)
  • Own relationships with customers’ app owners; understand objectives and challenges
  • Coordinate with Veeva strategy, sales, product, and services to meet customer needs
  • Lead customer meetings to show value and identify opportunities to add value
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva apps and craft a customer roadmap
  • Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva collaboration

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Clinical Operations (life sciences)
  • Experience in large global CROs
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Experience managing relationships with decision makers & application owners
  • Willling to travel up to 25%
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not expected
