Support 4–6 global CRO customers post-implementation with Veeva apps (eTMF/CTMS)
Own relationships with customers’ app owners; understand objectives and challenges
Coordinate with Veeva strategy, sales, product, and services to meet customer needs
Lead customer meetings to show value and identify opportunities to add value
Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva apps and craft a customer roadmap
Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva collaboration

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Clinical Operations (life sciences)
Experience in large global CROs
Customer-facing consulting experience
Experience managing relationships with decision makers & application owners
Willling to travel up to 25%
Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not expected
