  • Support 4-6 large global customers post-implementation with Veeva apps
  • Act as trusted advisor; own relationships with customer app owners
  • Liaise with strategy, sales, product and services to address needs
  • Lead meetings with customers to demonstrate success and value
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva apps and create a roadmap
  • Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Clinical Operations within life sciences
  • Experience with large pharma companies or CROs
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Experience managing relationships with key decision makers
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Legally authorized to work in Europe; visa sponsorship not anticipated
