Support 4-6 large global customers post-implementation with Veeva apps
Act as trusted advisor; own relationships with customer app owners
Liaise with strategy, sales, product and services to address needs
Lead meetings with customers to demonstrate success and value
Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva apps and create a roadmap
Facilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Clinical Operations within life sciences
Experience with large pharma companies or CROs
Customer-facing consulting experience
Experience managing relationships with key decision makers
Ability to travel up to 25%
Legally authorized to work in Europe; visa sponsorship not anticipated
