  • Support 4-6 global customers post-implementation (eTMF/CTMS/Study Startup)
  • Act as trusted advisor; own relationships with customer application owners
  • Coordinate with strategy, sales, product, and services to address needs
  • Lead meetings to demonstrate value and identify opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize Veeva apps and create a roadmap
  • Facilitate collaboration between customers or with Veeva for industry learning

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Clinical Operations in life sciences
  • Experience with large global pharma companies or CROs
  • Customer-facing consulting experience
  • Experience managing relationships with decision makers and application owners
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Legally authorized to work in Europe; no visa sponsorship expected
