  • 4+ years in creator/community or SaaS CS with SMBs.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • Strong ability to learn diverse business models.
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback; team player.
  • Able to switch contexts from emails to trainings to product reviews.
  • Data driven and comfortable using product usage data to inform actions.
