- Drive value and measurable outcomes, ensuring ROI and omnichannel content excellence.
- Increase adoption and consumption of Bynder's solutions and integrations.
- Own the strategic success plan and develop account plans to realize goals.
- Manage renewal cycle end-to-end, including strategy, proposals, and negotiation.

π― Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, account mgmt, or related enterprise SaaS roles.
- 2+ years in enterprise SaaS within DAM or Martech with integration points (CMS, PIM, eCommerce, Creative Tools).
- Strong business acumen and commercial skills, including discovery, value quantification and negotiations.
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business with exec stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level).
- Excellent communication and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Experience with AI tools and understanding of AI's impact on marketing.
