  • Align cross-functionally on renewals and expansions.

🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years in a similar CSM role
  • Privilege Access Management knowledge
  • Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea PAM
  • Salesforce and CS platform proficiency
  • Located in Canada; English/French preferred
