  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to grow your book, securing renewals and expansions.
  • Collaborate on onboarding and adoption of Esusu services for your clients.
  • Develop customized success plans and drive adoption to help clients achieve goals.
  • Build relationships with property managers to understand needs and drive value.
  • Leverage product expertise and client use cases to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing education on Esusu services and Financial Literacy topics to customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in CS, AM, or Sales with a track record of retaining accounts.
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or fintech preferred.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Experience with Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Comfort working independently and remotely.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
