  • Become a 9fin expert with strong understanding of our products and services
  • Partner with the account managers on client projects to drive growth
  • Become the voice of the client when delivering internal projects

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant account management or Customer Success experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build relationships within buyside, sellside & advisory
  • Track record of managing & growing a book of enterprise clients (min $1m+)
  • Ability to plan and prioritise important tasks with accuracy and detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player who can also work effectively alone; leveraging existing Leverage Finance network beneficial
