  • Experience in a customer-facing role focusing on post-sales adoption and advocacy.
  • Background in customer success, professional services, or TAM with direct engagement.
  • Ability to discuss Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, pipelines, and tooling.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevSecOps concepts and practices.
  • Ability to turn product usage data into actionable insights for technical and exec stakeholders.
