📋 Description

  • Manage post-sale relationships for assigned accounts to realize value.
  • Build executive and operational stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead strategic reviews, health checks, and planning sessions.
  • Drive adoption and maturity of Jamf solutions to outcomes.
  • Own renewals for CS-owned accounts: forecast, quote, negotiate, close.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to expand.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (4 years) preferred.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market accounts with complex needs.
  • Familiarity with Apple ecosystems macOS, iOS, iPadOS and enterprise IT workflows.
  • Strong SaaS lifecycle, renewals, and health metrics.
  • Technical acumen in MDM, Apple Business Manager, or security frameworks.
