- Own/manage a portfolio of financial services clients across the AMER region.
- Develop and execute tailored client success plans aligned to goals and adoption.
- Monitor client health and engagement; identify risks and opportunities.
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion with the Commercial team.
- Qualify expansion opportunities for Sales to close.
- Be the voice of the customer; feed insights to Product/Engineering/Support.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3+ years in CSM, AM, or related fintech/SaaS/enterprise tech.
- Solid understanding of digital banking, authentication, cybersecurity, or payments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; engage C-level and tech teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc).
- Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and prioritize autonomously.
- Experience with cross-functional, global teams is a strong plus.
