๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own/manage a portfolio of financial services clients across the AMER region.
  • Develop and execute tailored client success plans aligned to goals and adoption.
  • Monitor client health and engagement; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion with the Commercial team.
  • Qualify expansion opportunities for Sales to close.
  • Be the voice of the customer; feed insights to Product/Engineering/Support.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in CSM, AM, or related fintech/SaaS/enterprise tech.
  • Solid understanding of digital banking, authentication, cybersecurity, or payments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; engage C-level and tech teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, etc).
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts and prioritize autonomously.
  • Experience with cross-functional, global teams is a strong plus.
