- Help build a scalable customer success function with data-driven decisions and playbooks.
π― Requirements
- Engineering B.S. or equivalent.
- 10+ years in engineering/manufacturing with client-facing experience.
- Experience managing defense accounts/programs (DoD or primes).
- Familiar with aerospace/defense manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of AS9100.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; able to present to executives; thrives in startups.
