  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer accounts.
  • Partner with customers to integrate Lumafield tech into defense programs and track milestones.
  • Identify, track, and quantify business impact; demonstrate ROI of Lumafield products.
  • Proactively manage renewals and expansion within your portfolio.
  • Build relationships via business reviews, goal planning, roadmap reviews, and adoption check-ins.
  • Help build a scalable customer success function with data-driven decisions and playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Engineering B.S. or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in engineering/manufacturing with client-facing experience.
  • Experience managing defense accounts/programs (DoD or primes).
  • Familiar with aerospace/defense manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of AS9100.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication; able to present to executives; thrives in startups.
