  • Proven track record growing a defined book (retention + expansion).
  • Managed portfolio of dozens of accounts with structured planning.
  • Strong consultative, data-driven approach to customer engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional experience with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support.
