- Has 5-10+ years in digital advertising, account mgmt, CS, or related client-facing role.
- Experience managing advertiser/agency relationships in a platform/adtech environment.
- Comfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
- Experience with data querying (SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets).
- Clear communication; builds trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership and accountability in fast-moving, evolving environments.
