- Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in platform/adtech.
- Comfort interpreting performance data and turning insights into strategy.
- Experience with data querying (SQL, Excel, Google Sheets).
- Clear communicator; builds trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Owns work with accountability in fast-moving environments.
