📋 Description

  • Own publisher relationships end-to-end, onboarding to growth and retention.
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for premium accounts.
  • Proactively monitor ad performance and implement optimizations to drive revenue.
  • Independently analyze root causes of technical issues affecting delivery.
  • Liaise daily with internal teams to escalate issues and advocate for publishers’ needs.
  • Provide expert guidance on Freestar’s product suite and programmatic ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in TAM/CS/Ad Ops in Ad Tech.
  • GAM (Google Ad Manager) and Google Analytics expertise.
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic ads, header bidding, Prebid.js.
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser dev tools experience.
  • CRM and project tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Trello).
  • Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards.
