  • Own publisher relationships end-to-end from onboarding to growth.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for premium accounts.
  • Monitor ad performance and implement tech optimizations to boost revenue.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues affecting delivery.
  • Collaborate with Support and Yield for escalations and resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to advocate for publishers' needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops in Ad Tech.
  • Advanced hands-on knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic ads, including header bidding (Prebid.js) and wrappers.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript; use of browser dev tools for debugging.
  • Experience with CRM, project management, and support tools (HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Trello).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and interpreting complex dashboards.
