  • BS/BA degree in business, finance, or CS.
  • 3+ years in software services delivery or account mgmt.
  • Project/Delivery management with a technical background is a plus.
  • Japanese language fluency is a MUST.
  • Experience with SaaS providers, AML or Fraud domains.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
