🎯 Requirements

  • Engineering B.S. degree or equivalent technical experience
  • 8+ years in engineering/manufacturing with client-facing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across levels
  • Commercial business exposure and budgeting/planning understanding
  • Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
  • Extremely organized and ready to thrive in a fast-scaling startup
