- Proactive, resourceful, autonomous; comfortable owning challenges
- Experience navigating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Strong communication; simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Data fluency—analyze usage patterns, KPIs, and business impact
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
