Customer Success Manager

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on training to customers to drive adoption.
• Use Planhat to follow automated playbooks and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Support, AM, and Implementation teams.
• Lead training sessions tailored to brokers' needs.
• Create proactive training content (videos, webinars).
• Capture feedback and feature requests for Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in post-sale, customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experience leading trainings or product demos.
• Familiarity with Planhat, Gainsight, or ChurnZero.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts.
• Identify expansion or upsell opportunities.
• Bonus: passion for real estate technology.
