- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
- Analytical mindset to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and CS tools (Gainsight, ChurnZero) is a plus.
